The library will be closed on February 15.
The St. Charles Public Library has a collection of books that are single and ready to mingle. Covered in wrapping paper, a personals ad is the only clue as to their contents. Throughout the month of February, the library is encouraging readers to try something new and check a lonely book, cover unseen. You never know, you might find a new love in the process.
Do you like art? Do you have artistic friends? The St. Charles Public Library is looking for a volunteer to organize rotating displays of works created by local artists. If you are interested, please call the library at 932-3227 or email email@example.com.
The St. Charles Public Library has a mobile Hotspot that can be checked out. You can request it as ELLIPSIS JETPACK MOBILE HOTSPOT. If you have any questions, you can always call the library at 932-3227.
The St. Charles Public Library will be closed on Monday, January 18 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Starting on January 19, the St. Charles Public Library will return to its normal Tuesday hours and will be open from 1-8pm.
The library will be closing early (6pm) on Thursday, December 31, and be closed all day on Friday, January 1. Have a safe and Happy New Year.
Starting back up in January, we will be doing virtual story time. Please look at the flyer to register ahead of time.
We will be closed on Thursday and Friday December 24 & 25. Merry Christmas everyone and stay safe.
Next week we will be starting our adult winter reading program. This is open to anyone 7th grade or older. Because of COVID, it will look a little different than in the past. We will have the bookmarks and bingo cards available to be picked up. We will NOT be able to have treats or weekly drawings. We will still have monthly drawings and something for a bingo blackout. If you have questions, you can call us at 932-3227.
